Easy parking, a proper desk and a good bed. We’ve spent a lot of time looking after work travellers, and we know those basics need to be right.
An easy place to come back to
You can park on site without an extra charge, bring your bags in and get settled. We’re on Fitzherbert Avenue, handy to town and the university. If you have a large vehicle or trailer, let us know before you arrive so we can check the parking arrangements with you.
The evening is yours
The rooms are double glazed, the bed has fresh white linen and there’s a private twin spa when you feel like a soak. Choose a studio if you like everything in one room, or a separate bedroom and lounge if you want more space. Our regulars tend to know what suits them. If you find a room you like, ask for it next time and we’ll do our best.

Is parking included?
Yes, on-site parking is free. Please ask ahead if you’re bringing a trailer, an oversized vehicle or several vehicles.
Can I work from my room?
Yes. You’ll have a workstation and free unlimited Wi-Fi. We can help with printing and photocopying too.
