After a busy event, Palmy can feel quieter. Our regular guests keep coming, and the way we prepare their rooms stays the same.

Fresh linen, every changeover

We change all the white linen between guests, including duvet covers. It’s a standard we keep regardless of how many rooms are occupied.

The bathroom matters too

The private twin spas have back-flushing systems for cleaning. We take care with those facilities because they’re a part of the stay people look forward to using.

And the welcome

A quiet weekend doesn’t mean less attention. If you need help or something isn’t right, tell us. Looking after the people who are here is the job, however full the car park is.
