Travel journal / What matters in a guest review?

When you’re choosing somewhere unfamiliar, it’s useful to hear what other guests noticed. The details are often more helpful than a broad description.
For work travel, that might be quiet, cleanliness, parking or how someone dealt with a change of plans. For a weekend, it might be the bed or bathroom.
Different room categories can make for different stays. Look at the photos, beds and kitchen facilities so you know what you’re booking.
Reviews can’t answer every question about your visit. We’re happy to explain a room layout or discuss something important to you before you decide.
